Roman Blind Opperation:

We recommend Chain operation for best results. By far the easiest way to lift and lower your roman blinds, a chain operation ensures the blind is always level and dismisses the issues of untidy and knotted cords. They are a little more expensive but well worth the extra outlay.

For cord operated blinds, it is highly recommended to include a heavy duty cord lock mechanism to help hold your blind into position. Once locked, the excess cord should be tied off around the cleats provided.

Roman Blind Cleaning (soft backed fabrics and sunscreens):

Use a feather duster regularly Small marks can be removed by a light rub with an art-gum rubber or sometimes sticky tape – dabbing the sticky side onto the mark sometimes lifts the mark. Stains and smudges can be removed with lukewarm water and neutral soap on a sponge. The sponge should be squeezed almost dry. Test in an inconspicuous area on the blind first. For stubborn stains – try having the blinds ultrasonically cleaned – Amazing Clean has an ultrasonic machine.
